The PQ Handbook 2001

The PQ Handbook is a collection of new and updated guidance material relating to the PQ framework and awards. The PQ Handbook is divided into five sections, each relating to one aspect of the Post Qualifying framework. Section 1 of the PQ Handbook describes the general principles of the PQ framework and each sub section provides further information and guidance on one particular area. The other four sections of the handbook then go on to contextualise these principles for specific post qualifying awards. The handbook has been divided in to sections for downloading. Promoting research and evidence-based practice
NISCC March 2002

CCETSW (NI) held a seminar in February 2001 to examine issues about integrating research and evidence-based practice into agency and practice activities across the sector. The seminar concluded that there is a need for researchers and practitioners to involve service users and front-line workers in research. "Promoting Research and Evidence-based Practice" includes the main papers presented at the seminar, an overview of the workshops and a summary of the recommendations.
