The User/Carer Development Group is chaired by NISCC Council Member Geraldine Campbell and is supported by Council Members Miriam Karp, Brendan McKeever and Joe Blake. Gerard Campbell (NISCC Director of Corporate Services) also supports the group.

Service User and Carer members are people from across Northern Ireland with experience of a variety of Personal Social Services. Group membership varies according to the skills/experience required by the projects being undertaken by the group. Membership of the group is voluntary, requiring time and effort.
