If you are currently registered in Northern Ireland, but also intend to practice in England, Sotland or Wales AND continue to live and practice in Northern Ireland, you must complete Application Form AF4 (NI)

If you are currently registered in Northern Ireland but wish to transfer your registration to also work in England, Sotland or Wales, you must complete Application Form AF3 (NI) and send it to us.
